2. No data collection on this website

This website is a static information site. It has no contact forms, no newsletter signup, no user accounts, and it does not use cookies, local storage, analytics, tracking pixels or any other tracking technology. Fonts and all other resources are served from this website itself; no third-party resources are loaded.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). When you visit the site, GitHub processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not have access to these data and do not use them. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 4. Contact by email

If you write to us at ceo@imotion-services.com, we process your email address, name and the content of your message solely to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is the handling of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your message is not passed on to third parties, except to our email service provider, who processes it on our behalf: Google LLC (Google Workspace). We delete correspondence once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, contact ceo@imotion-services.com.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság, NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., www.naih.hu, or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state.
